It’s a beautiful quilt and the border is the “icing on the cake”.

Love the border. Very nice quilting pattern. The circular design is nice choice.

Blueridge Beverly. Betty my Quilter, LA, chose the pattern of quilting. I don’t have a long arm.

Nativetexan This quilt is made from strips 1 1/2” sew together in threes. The little squares measure 1”. The little nine patches are 3 1/2” unfinished. I so enjoy all the comments. Great group of ladies and gentlemen! The large nine patches are 9 1/2” unfinished. Using strips made it easy!

You've made an absolutely stunning quilt. I love it. Your color/fabric selections were perfect. I have tons of 1.5" strips that I cut for log cabins, but I may steal them for this pattern. Thank you for posting.

Loisf good luck on your journey making it. It’s best to use 20” strips so they don’t bow if too long. I keep a stash when I want to do “mindless” sewing. It does take time but easy to put down and pick up. I use mostly civil war fabrics with some traditional fabrics thrown in.
