Default No wine involved

I love sharing my goofs with all of you who appreciate the humor (and the ripping out that will follow). I was not drinking and was taking the pieces off the design wall to stitch together. Even so.
These are the corners cut off from the blocks used on the quilt front. Didn't want to waste them. I have enough of the theme fabric to finish out the rest of the back.

Oh dear. I hate it when that happens. Happy fixing!

Aarrrrgghhhh...now is the time for a wine and leave the unpicking till tomorrow or after you've had a coffee or two!! haha

I raise my unpicker to the sky in silent homage and respect for the task that is before you!!!

This is when a good sense of humor comes in very handy and a good seam riper. ;-)

I am reading a book now on designing, blending, merging, and exploding blocks. I just thought you had tried some of these techniques. I would go with that theory!

It happens to all of us! I am unpicking or unsewing-which ever term you prefer. I am unpicking quilting that I just don't like and have quite a bit of it to do. I will do it one hour a day until it is done. That could well be July 4th. It has been a UFO for quite a while. I love the quilt and, of course, have lots of money invested in it.

I believe that the quilt I'm working on now could have been TWO quilts, I've taken so much of it apart and put it back together.
My husband caught me ripping out more seams and said, "Well, you're certainly very tenacious."
