Default Xmas scrappy Log Cabin

I have this quilt laid out in a Zig Zag. I wish i know how to maybe lay it out as a xmas tree if possible. Any thoughts?

You probably would need to make some whole log cabin blocks to do a tree but it is doable. I just drew this quickly.

What if you put two blocks color side together to form the tree and then added a white sashing with a brown square to form the tree trunk.

What a fun quilt it will be great to have around during the holidays. Lots of colorful prints.

I also really like the Log cabin tree layout. How neat!
