Instead of a guest book at our wedding, I had our guests write messages on cotton squares that I just assembled into a quilt top.

I think I need to send this our to a long armer because it's really too big for the quilting on my home machine to look nice and it's a very special quilt!

What a cool idea, there is just never ending to what you can do with a quilt

Congratulation to the bride and groom, and congratulations to you for getting it set together ready to quilt!
My niece and her husband are still waiting for their "guest book" quilt, a few years later! (No, I'M not the one late -- DS is!)

That is an awesome idea! How special is that?! It looks like your guests were pretty creative as well.
