Great animal print on this Stack and Whack quilt top. The center section is my attempt to show the endangered animals slowly disappearing, so I just used smaller and smaller pieces of the print in each frame around the center repeat of the fabric. Really nice to work with these subdued colors in this :)

I'm running out of superlatives for your work... the thought and concepts in each one really set them apart from the crowd.

You made me laugh about running out of superlatives - believe me, I can never hear nice things too many times :) This one took some effort to get the disappearing repeats to be from the same area as was in the panel. I actually did some fussy cutting, which I seldom do!

Thanks so much! I really was taken by the fabric, which was named as I named the quilt top. I thought a lot about how to represent that concept in my piecing.

Wonderful. This puts me in mind of some of Bev Doolittle's work.

Thanks! I didn't know who that was, so I looked her up (love the Internet!) and, having seen her work, I again must say, "Thanks!"
