I can't believe it folks, following one from my topic 'Guilt Reliever' I have already received two envelopes today!!

Both ladies have been very generous and sent me lovely fabrics that will go down great with all our ladies!! (I can see we will have to have some sort of system... maybe a raffle or something or all hell's gonna break out lol!!!)

First one from Vicki Reno......Love your choices Vicki, the bright yellow one is soo sunny just right for Spain, we find we can use strong colours here so much more than in the U.K. Don't know if its down to the bright sunlight or all of us being more adventurous!!!!!!

Second one from Calico 92402........What can I say Calico you have been extremely generous....these are very beautiful fabrics and you have gone to alot of thought to colour coordinate these for us!!!!! :D :D :D

Heres the pictures so everyone can see how kind you both have been

Muchas gracias mis amigas de U.S.A!!!!

Your fabrics will be well loved and used respectively!!

Izy, I finally made it to the PO today and got a couple of the international envelopes. One will be on its way to you tomorrow. I have sent a variety of fabric; from fish to ABC's, plus some traditional. As I go through more of what I have I will send more. Each piece is at least a yard. Enjoy!

Izy - package is on its way. The PO said 5 to 10 business days and I suppose since today is Friday we can't start counting until Monday!! Izy - wrote you a short note and forgot to mention that all the fabric was washed in Woolite and hung in the ocean air to dry. Also ironed it all too, so hopefully it arrives in not too bad of shape. I used the wrong envelope, so cost me more than it should have. GRRRRR!! But, the PO told me if I did it online, and pay online you can save 10%. May try that next time.

Wow beachlady. hope I can still smell your ocean when I open the packet!!

You are so kind, I am sorry that it has cost you more than you bargained for :( but that is good news about doing it online :D

I will of course let you know as soon as it arrives. I have to pester DH to drive down to Torre Del Mar as the Post boxes are in the post office (no delivery in the country :( )

Thank you sooooo much for your help, can't tell you how much this means to us all :D :D :D

His name is Brewster and he is a miniature Goldendoodle - his Mom is a Goldendoodle and Dad is a miniature poodle. Hopefully he will only be between 30-35 lbs. He is almost 6 months old now and weighs 25 lbs. Is a sweety, but full of energy.

Izy, I am so happy that the fabric has arrived but so jealous, because I believe I mailed mine first and I wanted you to get it first. I feel like a spoiled kid now. I wanted to be FIRST. Guess itís because I live in California that it is taking so long. Ok I will be nice and just wait. Incidental, I have 2 more boxes packed and ready to go for next month and the next and so on, I will try to make a box of just children or novelty prints and more flannel. Oh yes, your slide show is simply wonderful and even if quilting material is in short supply, I can understand why you would want to live in such a beautiful place. It is gorgeous and enriched in so much history. Hoping you get my box soon, sewbusy.

Awwwhhh never mind sewbusy......unfortunately spanish post is a little unpredicable too!! manana manana!!

How VERY generous of you to plan for more boxes.....I wish that I could personally come and have a 'rake' through all your stash, it MUST be enormous.....I have a couple of little plastic boxes...which I go through frequently, sniffing and stroking....lol!! If I had a sewing room, I don't think I would come out....especially if my laptop connecting me to the quiltingboard was in there.....hummmmm now which room in the villa is the brightest........

    I WILL let you know as SOON as your box arrives....can't wait!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Izy, Brewster is a cross between a Golden Retriever and poodle. There are crosses between almost every pure bred and a poodle now. Think they are called designer dogs and are mucho dinero. My last dog was a Golden Retriever and he was such a good dog, but I can't handle such a big dog now, so opted for a smaller one . (I hope) Since they are part poodle, they have hair instead of fur and don't shed or affect people with allergeries.
