You can applique stems on your quilts w/those! They make great stems! I too use them around the apron edges! They are fun...Skeat

You can make cording from it too! Just buy some cotton cording and enclose it into the bias making sure to get up fairly close to the edge of the cord inside the binding. Wind it up and save it for say, the edge of hand towels you are putting fabric onto or perhaps a apron pocket. Well, pertty much anything you are embellishing.
It just adds that little something that makes it special.

When my daughter's jeans would get to short, I would cut them off into capri pants and run that around the bottom instead of an actual hem. Add some him tape to the top of the pockets, buy a T-shirt in a matching and suddenly it's a cool outfit instead of outgrown jeans.
