Default Old Quilt

This Quilt was made by my ex husbands grandmother. She made it a long time ago. She passed away in 1997 at 110 years old. My mother-in-law thought I may want it to cut up and use for pillows etc. NOT I am going to trim the binding off and rebind and just have a throw. It is so soft and the stitches are amazing. She was a special lady.
Does anyone know the pattern?
Thanks Nena
