OMG...I finished my ugly quilt top and couldn't believe how it turned out. I am pleasantly surprised how well it looks.... all from ugly quilt blocks. I must say thank you to everyone who encouraged me to continue and for every idea expressed!!!

Wow...that's actually quite stunning. LOVE how the border just punches it up and ties the colors all together. Great job. You must have the award for 'best color therapy' or something. lol. I've got some mis matched blocks that I keep thinking I'll figure out a way to use.... but that hasn't happened yet...!

Ugly? Where? I don't see ugly?

Great job & good for you for hanging in there to the end. Isn't it amazing what the finishing touches contribute to "making" the quilt?

I had a feeling once you put some "extras" on it it would be great, and, it is!!! Nice job.

Isn't it amazing how it all comes together in the end?! I love it, it almost has a crazy quilt feel to it from this distance. A very nice finish, good work!

Those blocks certainly aren't "ugly" any more! Love the colors you added for sashing, cornerstones and border.

The yellow worked prefectly. Just what the doctor ordered. Very nice job. What's you next 'ugly' quilt project? Isn't it wonderful when something works out like that? WTG!
