perfect size for a pet bed at the local animal shelter. Practice your free motion quilting on it and gift it to the shelter.

Well I see something good that came out of that quilt and that is all of the comments and suggestions. I read comments from some very nice people and it's always nice to read that. The quilting is really lovely.

I'm not crazy about it either...but agree about the quilting. Can you show us the back? Perhaps use it upside down?

I also like the idea of adding an appliqué.

Your quilt is art! Save it, hang it, or whatever, but don't toss it! There are some pretty fabrics there, and it is your work, and it has a history! Keep it and be proud.

I don't care for it like this, If it were mine, I would use it as a background for an applique image, maybe a cat.

While it is an odd mixture of fabrics, I love the way you made the irregular blocks.....kind of a neat pattern. You know, a lot of us "older ladies" like a small quilt to throw over our knees.....why not finish this off for a local rest home. I'll bet it would be appreciated....

Yup I agree....it's ugly. But how cool is it of you to post it anyway. Thanks!
