This quilt started out as a Hancock Fabrics Block of the Month Club in 2003 and ended in 2004. In 2006, I had it quilted by a local longarm quilter. Last night I finally finished the binding.

Ain't nothing slow about me!

Congratulations. It sometimes takes me a long time to get around to binding a quilt as well. Then I can't find the fabric I used in the quilt. It has become lost in my stash or possibly used for another project. Ughh. Now I make the binding right away and put it in a drawer so when I get the quilt back from the longarm quilter or decide to finally bind it, I have the right fabric and the binding is all ready to put on. Learned this the hard way.

Those colors look wonderful together. I have quilt tops that I need to finish that are a little older than that. You inspire me to keep at it!!
