put them in opposite corners, leave the open in the bottom left corner and put the other in the top right.

I like the print as a focal point, so I would do option #2 and have the two print blocks in the center...ie switch out corner print block and aqua block diagonal to it.

I also think brushandthimble's idea of putting the print blocks in the opposite corners and having the diagonal color pattern would look good.
