Definitely the light blue, it pulls it together with the background of the horses. I don't like the yellow against the gold.

I'm a firm believer in repeating a color....the light blue picks up the shades in the horse block...I would go with that and maybe do an outer border of the chestnut brown.
Just an opinion....one of many shown here...lol.

I have a couple of questions. but first I would go with the light blue. now is the other blue sky fabric going into it also? I am not sure that it goes very well. the same with the yellow and light blue. I would try and find a greener light blue one that matches the greenblue in the horse fabric. but that is me. I would also try and get a shade of brown for the top. one of the ones in the horses. but that is just me.

I like the yellow BUT .. think the eye stays with it too long. How about a bit of the dark blue.. and then a very small amount of the yellow and also try the light blue...so you are comparing both as you have the dark blue finish border..... lay it out that way and see what happens????
