    Orphan Dear Jane blocks

    Chay, here on the QB, was offering up some of her orphan Dear Jane blocks. I was the lucky recipient. I needed a very light summer cover-up/jacket to take on my vacation, so I came up with this:

    this is how I designed it in my mind but had a hard time finding the fabric. finally located it at Hancock's but it was a bit pricey as it had just arrived... might be on sale or clearance by now

    Wow! That is terrific! I love it. That fabric is perfect with those DJ blocks. You are a great seamstress; the quality shows. I know I would wear that all the time if it were mine. :-)
