This is the first block, I just happened to have the kitty material on my cutting table so thought it was a good one to do for Shirley.

ScrappyLouisa's block. This was the only cat fabric I had (it is not Laura Burch), but if you don't like it I will make another one. I still can not drive for another 3 weeks and will look for other cat fabric then. This block was so quick to make, The colors are much brighter than shows in the picture.

    Beachlady,

It is purrfect! Don't change it a bit. The cats are not too funky like Laura Burch style.

Grey, White and Black Annie's Choice for Dazzleme. First time I ever made this block and it was fun. Grandsons give me the ok if they like it or not. LOL Jennifer, the black has a very subtle grey running through the black. Again the colors are not true - almost looks faded and I promise you they are not.

I have begun sorting fabrics for each block during my daughter's nap time and then making them during the afternoon. But I have a question as I don't want to make a block wrong.

Mareliba~ The no name block pattern has three colors on it. Dark Brown, Dark Red, and Bright Yellow Gold, do you mean the bright yellow gold as the background? I understand these colors are not the colors you picked, these are the colors from the pattern, so to clarify using the colors from the pattern, which one is the one you consider the background?

Elizabeth - Yes, the yellow gold will be considered the light color or background and the other two as the dark colors.

I am so excited to see the results.

Thought you may appreciate an FYI...you can take snapshot photos to almost any copy/print place (i.e. PIP Printers) and they can transpose thoes to disk for you. Then you can post them from the disk. Just be sure and ask for jpeg format.

Ladies the blocks y'all have posted are just wonderful!
