Default Donation quilt I'm working on.

My guild had a pile of dark fabric 10" squares left over from a community project. I added the light lilac fabric and love the way it turned out. I love big patterns. I will use this design again. It's 9 1/2" hexagons cut in half, no set in seams, all straight sewing. The hex is big enough that the 1/4" seam line in the middle doesn't distract from the shape enough to matter.

This design could be made with tumbler blocks too I think but maybe not.

Very pretty! Would love to see it when it's quilted.
