I love your quilt!I love the backing too. Are these your handwritten recipes printed on fabric?

No. I just found that fabric online. The same fabric is also available with a red background. It repeats, but there are actual recipes. I haven't tried any of them, but they look as if they would work.

I absolutely LOVE your jar quilt!!!! I have fabric ready and waiting on me to start on one. My Mom loved to grow a garden and would can all sorts of veggies in the summer. I want to make a jar quilt as a memory quilt. Did you use a pattern or just design your own jars? And the fabric on the back, do you remember where you got it from?

I love jar quilts and yours is great. I have some fabrics and am going to make a wall hanging. Where did you get your pattern?

I got the fabric at jofabric.com. Here is the link:

I only bought it about six months ago, so you should be able to find it still. BTW, there are a lot of food fabrics on this website. I got the pattern from about.com. I think I can find the link at:

http://quilting.about.com/od/blockof..._jar_quilt.htm

I made the 12-inch jar. That's only the block. I designed the rest. I used scraps from three other quilts to make this one. I'm glad you like it. I enjoyed making it.

Lovely! It would take me an age to find all the 'contents' fabric over here! BUT I sawa small version like this in the US about 8 years ago and have always had a hankering to make a small wallhanging like this!

You did a great job - lovely, lovely, lovely!
