I just wanted to thank everyone who gave me positive words of encouragment when I was frustraited..I finished the top of the quilt anyways...Not entierly as the pattern showed, but I am very happy with it...I'm working on piecing together the backing now...Thanks everyone.

It's looking great! I'm guessing by your message that you are a new quilter?
I still have my first quilt, still use it most every day. There's something very special about that first one, regardless of how much you progress in your skills.
Congratulations on finishing the top. Are you dreaming of your next one yet?
