Wonderful job, I'm glad you decided to re-do the first one.
It looks beautiful on the bed, the colors are great. Thankyou for sharing the pattern with us.

Thank you everyone for all of your wonderful replies. I'd posted this quilt in another subject and several have asked for more information so decided to just share it openly and hopefully cover it for everyone.

What a treat to see these. And thank you for the pattern. I can see using it for all those pink scraps I have!

Thank you MaryAnna. Most definitely worth the effort, patience, love and determination it took to learn enough to pull it off.

Have to share this comment with all of you who have posted. Can you believe, that one of the first people I showed the complete quilt to, informed me that it was NOT a real quilt because of the embroidery work on it. By then I knew I was talking to a judgemental scrooge as back when I started this quilt top, many ladies were making embroidery squares to eventually turn into a quilt. Perhaps such weren't as common as scratch quilts but then when I started this, the area we lived in was in a quilters blight anyway. Now everyone who sees it raves about it. I'm just thrilled it is no longer a UFO and that I learned enough to finish it up. Thank you everyone for being interested in this quilt.
