That quilt was designed by members of Rainy daze quilt guild and they wanted to use every quilting technique they could think of so there is applique, pieced, paper foundation pieced, curved piecing, combinations of all of the above. I think they designed it in about 2005 so they have gradually been getting finished.

In the 1st and 5th pictures, the scrappy quilt to the right of the Red Hawaiian Appliqué - What pattern is that, do you happen to know? I love this one very much too!
