I think that Karen Rupp made that one and it was paper foundation pieced, starting with an equalateral triangle and then continuing as a pineapple block but making a hexagon. If you have EQ Iam sure you could draft your own blocks.
Might be fun!

What is the name of the pattern for the quilt that looks sort of like a triangle pineapple/log cabin type quilt?
