Refreshingly original design. I like finding fabrics in my room (aka Den) that I can make a quilt design from. When I first started Patchwork I rarely bought fabrics that went together with no design plan in mind for it, but got it because I liked it. Mostly fat quarters, (1980's). Now that I am trying to down size my stash, I have gained a good idea from your lovely fun quilt design to help me do that. Thanks for the inspiration! I love penguins. I particularly like the appliquéd ones in the bottom corners.
