That is one beautiful quilt! Tell your Hubby to call it 'earth tones'...sounds much nicer and fits your lovely quilt to a TEE!

Ladies thank you for your kind words. Ya, my dh and the term "muddy" makes me crazy. He prefers bright colors....like the rainbow.

The pattern is called "Picnic". It is from Primitive Gatherings. I enlarged it with help from a lady here on the board. At some point I came across hers and asked her some questions on how she enlarged it.

I love your quilt too. I am a new admirer of the Kansas Troubles lines of fabrics. Very old fashioned looking.
