Looks like an adaptation of Judy Martin's "Shakespeare in the Park" quilt from "The Creative Pattern Book" - this quilter just played around with the coloring, to great effect.

Terrific book and pattern.

I would have thought it was Dances with the Stars. Either way, it is a beautiful design.
