Default Can anyone tell me about this OLD quilt?

This sad quilt was found between two mattress on an old bed, the owner is not sure what she can do or have done to this quilt, it is said to have been her fathers who is now passed. If anyone can come close to a date with the fabrics or pattern or a website, it would be appreciated. I hope I can upload the pics of fabric and quilt. Thank You!

The middle picture shows flower baskets. I'm not sure of the correct name, but if you google basket quilts, you will get lots of hits. I love the cockatoo fabric ( I have a cockatoo) but don't know the age of this quilt. A guess would be the latter have of the 19th century based on the shirting fabric and the cockatoo fabric that seems Victorian to me. I could be all wrong, maybe someone else with stop by with a more educated guess. Hope this helps,Gina

Looks like 70 and 80s to me. The pink and black and white was a popular design even in the 60s

The abstract fabric in the first picture looks like 50's to me.

I would guess that the backing is several decades newer than the baskets front of the quilt. Possibly the backing was put on over the existing backing in the early 1950's to try to fortify the quilt which was made between 1900 and 1915.
(Just a guess.)
