Awesome!! the pinwheel center really adds a nice touch. I too like it better than the one I'd seen posted.

I agree with you. How could it go otherwise? Seems there are a lot of us that don't really see a mistake, but more of a design element. HA!

I have left it as a 'Design Element' if anyone asks..that's what it is!!!

Design element... I like that. There's a euphemism for almost anything, isn't there? <G> Love it, anyway! I love to make HSTs, and this just gives me something else to do with them.... lest my pile grows and takes over my house.

I think it is such a cool quilt!!! "Cool" because of the design and cool (temp) because of the colors. I spotted the mistake (sorry) but the more I looked at it the more I couldn't figure out how that HST should have been placed. And after looking at it some more, it looked more intentional than a mistake. It's a great quilt!
