    Default Luke's quilt

This is a quilt I just finished for my wonderful stepson, Luke. He's coming to help put in the dock next weekend, and all I have to do is put the label on. This is a pattern from Weeks & Ringle called Next in Line. Choosing the colors was time-consuming, but I love the results. It finished at 53"x81", enough to cover our 6'5" kid. The back is charcoal-colored Minky. My LAQ did a watermark meander on it, and I love the way it turned out. Thanks for looking.

Great masculine pattern and fabrics! Is that a gray strip of fabric in the white to give the optical illusion? Very neat!

I love how the white areas appear to be sunlight through a window. It's a very handsome quilt.
