I've been posting on my blog once a week for the past 6 weeks and it's really helped me get it done. Whew, it's done... YIPPEE.... Now I can get on with decorating and cooking...

Anyway, I know some will want to know...This is a pattern from "Don't Look Now" and it's called Rainbow Lollipops. I worked on it in a "Quilt-as-You-Go" method. I divided it into 5 sections, and after adding the fused lollipops and flowers etc, I machine quilted each of the 5 sections separately on my domestic sewing machine. Then I joined the sections with connecting strips and bound my machine... The side borders with the grass will hang down on the sides of my little granddaughter's single bed and I think they are the most fun feature of this quilt.... Don't you?

Everything about your quilt is adorable. I love the cat's and the grass.
Thanks for sharing.
