I like it. I like how you have the featured blocks in the corners. My grand daughter is 5 and she would love this.

It looks like one of those quilts that will get used, and loved, to shreds! Aren't those the best?

Thank you all for such kind words. As for DD she was married last year on 4/20. As I was doing the final fitting on her dress we got the call about my DH being in the m/c accident. Luckily the only thing I had left to do on the dress was the hem. As for DH, its been a very long road and we are still on the journey. However, he has greatly improved, and does each day. He still cannot stand for a long period of time, but that will improve too with time. The biggest issue is we do not heal as fast or as good at 69 as we do at 29. Needless to say, he no longer rides a m/c, and counts his blessing every day to be alive. The worst thing now is all the bills, and they just keep piling up. I need to win the lottery : ) I thank God each day for leaving him with me, now if he would just fix that lottery thing I would be a-ok.

Your quilt is gorgeous - it looks so soft and snuggly.

It's definitely pretty in pink and your little friend agrees. Sometimes while life is sending us many challenges, making a quilt can be the one stable influence. At least that's how I find it to be, quilting keeps me relatively sane, most of the time. LOL.
