That red one is so different. I like it.
Home is where the heart is, and a few scrappy quilts.

The crossed canoes quilt is fabulous! Is there a name to the pattern? Love your fabric choices...very eye-catching.

I love that setting, too! It's like none I've ever seen before & really makes those blocks sing! I love your "Primavera", too. Pardon the pun, but... it looks good enough to eat! Great job on both of these beauties!!!

Thank you so much for the compliments! Not really a pattern per say. I won the blocks and went on my EQ6 to configure and this is what happened. It wasn't too hard , I appliqued the circles and fused them with double sided facing, then surfaced sewed them down. I feel like I cheated a little bit. But hey, I learned something new.
    Have discovered paper piecing!
    OH YEAH

Love the red. Is that paperpieced? I have just discovered PP also. And I think I am going to love it. And I love any quilt with circles. Name of pattern?

I saw the red and white quilt at Guild Monday nite, it is stunning. I won blocks Monday nite and am pretty sure I can't come close to doing as good a job as you did. You have set the bar pretty high.

What a clever solution to using the canoes.
