Isn't that rope a cool touch? Each rope piece is one long piece appliqued down and the lines going across were marked and then used the applique stitch over the line. Does that make sense? :?: It was very easy.

Yes. It makes very good sense. I wondered if that's how it was done. Very, very cool. If you don't mind I am going to bookmark this for future reference. By the way, the whole quilt is great. I just got stuck on that rope. Thank you.
