I saw a lot about the 10 min blocks, sooo decided i needed to try one. I had some very inexpensive fabric to use for "trying" things.. I decided it would work well for this block.. I read the directions and thought, that sounds easy enough. Talked a friend into trying it also. We were both impressed. We both figured it out and thought it was a cute pattern. Found out that u can make the 5th or middle block larger or smaller than the other 4 blocks and it works well , smaller or larger..I used 5" blocks for mine. I wanted it as a child quilt and i think it worked well. I will make another one with nicer fabric someday. It needs to be quilted now but the top is done. Just took one weekend. Thanks for looking.
