This is the quilt I made for my first quilt challenge. I had a fat quarter with the large flowers and butterflies found in the border and had to come up with some kind of pattern. Since I am new to quilting and had no stash I had to buy all the fabrics to go with it. The embroidery was hand stitched. I got 2nd place!
