Beautiful quilts. I have not tried a French Braid quilt yet
|
Those are really pretty nana. I would like to try one of those some day.

Your quilts are beautiful. I have never tried the french braid pattern. It is a harder pattern to make? I love all of the colors you have used.

Nice work!

thanks for looking at my quilts.
for anyone thinking about making a french braid, i say go for it. it is one of the easiest methods around. it is actually just a half log cabin that you just keep adding to until it is as long as you want. then you just trim off the sides and you have a french braid. if you get on QUILTER'S CACHE search for braid. they have a good description. have fun. don't be intimidated. it is really very simple. |
Beautiful quilts and you have inspired me to do a French braid for my next quilt.
|
I love both of those! I really like the one with the basket. What a cool idea!
