2 new baby quilts finished today
 

One of my nieces is expecting her first baby, a girl. She ( my niece) is very ( outdoorsy) and loves bunnies ( has raised bunnies) so I made these two quilts for her shower in 2 weeks.
they are both cuddly soft. The cotton panel one has a wonderful soft pale pink Minky backing, the other one is all flannel - appliqués, background and backing with a soft fluffy batting.

Oh your applique is gorgeous!! So glad you got rid of the fawns. I love love love how it turned out. The panel is very pretty but I have a feeling the the applique will be loved to tatters.
