2010 Quilt

Made this throw in 2010 for my daughter and son in law to match their couch. It is from QUILTERS CACHE love their site. The pattern is Passamaquoddy Trail with a pyramid border.I only had the 2 matching colours so turned over the dark green to use as contrast in border.

Very well done. They do have an awesome site. I love what you did with the border.

Pretty. I just took a Craftsy class and the instructor said she uses the backs of her fabrics a lot.

I went to Quilter's Cache for the pattern. Seems easy enough but there must be a way to strip cut the block rather than use a template. Any ideas?

I'm sure back then I was new enough at quilting I did what they said but I'm thinking instead of the rectangles make a square and snowball the corners. You'd just have to play with snowball squares to get the size maybe.
