Looks like you're on your way to a great retirement.

I retired (for second time) August 31st ! Yay! After a beach trip to celebrate, that is what I plan to do - catch up on the quilting projects I have been saving to do.

Lovely use of the blocks you had. In just a few weeks you will be so busy (unless you put your foot down) because people will assume you have nothing to do and will try to recruit you for their own projects. Enjoy every moment of your retirement, doing what you want to do. You've earned it!

What a pretty quilt top & I love how you made those 16 blocks work in the top. I retired in Jan. 2016 & still have a couple of UFO's to finish. I hope you love your retirement as much as I am enjoying mine.
