Very, very colorful! Love scrappy... I have enough to last me my lifetime. What will my kids do with it all????

This is so beautiful. Great job.

That just may be my favorite scrappy quilt of all time! Love it!
Did it make an appreciable dent in your scrap heap? Hope you get your sewing machine up and running soon! |
Wow, lots of scrap pieces used in #6... very pretty! I can see why it took more time. ;)

I see why you fell in love with the pattern, your quilt is beautiful. Sending well wishes to your machine.

Great job, it's a beautiful quilt. So those ended up being 3" 9-patches? WOW. I don't think I'd ever get it finished, at least not that big.

I love it! My first thought was how it reminded me of the penny candy shop I went to as a child.
Awesome use of your scraps. Best, d

Here is the latest, it took quite a bit longer than the others. It is 80" x 97". Had to hang it sideways to take the pic. No pattern used, just my interpretation of a quilt I saw in a photo and loved. Used string blocks and a bunch of my 1 1/2 in. strips. It will go into the to-be-quilted pile as the machine I use on my frame is very sick (sobbing) and I fear will need major surgery. Going to use the x-block ruler on my next one. Happy Quilting to All!!!
