Yes, I feel much better had never heard of this before now and hope to never again. It only hurts for deep breaths now and sneezes or coughs unlike before. What a blessing being able to quilt was with the LA has been.

OUch, ouch. How did you manage to sit at a sewing machine with your chest aching?

Wonderful results. Hopefully you'll never have to go thru that pain, again!

Thank you all for your kind comments.
I have an LA so stand to do the quilting, and with not having to make big movements it has been my saving...... for having something to do that is not extremely tiring or hurtful. More than anything it is the laying ( it puts pressure on the lung and lining area is how it was explained to me)for me, that is hurtful more so than sitting or standing
The actually piecing fo these quilts have been done by many of the gals in our quilt guild, they are for our Project Warmth Charity quilts, some also volunteer to do the binding and ect.... I usually just do the quilting

Thank you, I too think it is very important! I believe their is a 3 year one and forgotten that mine was due this last fall. I am sure that is what happened here. I very seldom end up with a cold that was this bad and realized the shot was due again. Believe me as soon as I am totally well I will be getting it.
About nine years ago I ended up with a collapsed lung from getting kicked by a 4 legged animal variety and they recommended after it healed to get the pneomonia shot and have been very good about it until this last fall I completely spaced it out. But it is on the calendar now.
