9-Patch
 

Too cold to go out today. I'm teaching a gal at the senior home how to quilt. I mentioned a 9-patch which made me think to do this today. It's about 45x54.

Well, Nan, did you do all this in one day? Golly, it takes me a week to think about it and do it.ha. I love that.

I really love your nine patch. It is simple to do for some of my charity quilts. Did you sew strips together? How wide are the strips, about 2 1/2 inches??

Very pretty....I never remember 9-patches when working on donation quilts or scrap busters. I will now...thanks for sharing....

no, i didn't use strips... i cut down some donation squares that were cut all wrong... a smidge over 3.5 inches

Really pretty blocks! A friend I have made blocks for in the past requested another so I made a 9-patch of Earth Tones.
Have been quilting bout 10 yrs., and realized I hadn't made a 9-patch quilt. At least I have made a 9-patch block now!
