Janet, I am a beginner quilter.But I have been "collecting"fabrics for awhile. I would love to make a quilt like you have with the pictures on it. I would like to include my grandsons pics for the past 2 yrs. How do I find out where to start. Your work is just outstanding.

There's all different kinds of fabric. I find the best cotton thay have is what I like to use. It works with your printer. Inst included so you'll be fine. if you have any questions just ask i'll be happy to help. :-D

You have to stuff them really really full. Push the stuffing in as best as you can and keep stuffing. My nails hurt the next day.

You did a wonderful job on all of these. I use to make tons of those bunnies!!!!! love the bride and groom one. GREAT work!!

I would like to know too. I have some fabric and have the book. I am ready but it is the pattern that trouble me. Do you print all the pic then use background to make them all the same size or what. I don't know enough to start. I am a chicken anyway. I am a good watcher but not a very good doer.

Gorgeous quilts. I use to make Rabbits just like those about 17-18 years ago, probably made 12-15 of them. Gave them to Goodwill when I got tired of them.

I just printed all my pictures then worked the fabric around them. Think of them as one full block, or as a log cabin. The pictures are the center square and build from that point. Have fun, make it fun. Dont worry you can do this. I tought myself how to quilt by trying, doing,and saying so what, I like it.

If you have a Wal Mart that has fabric, they carry fabric sheets for Ink Jet Printers. Colorfast Sew In. That is where I got mine. You can also buy them from most LQShops.

I have tried fabric sheets from Fons and Porter, Joanns, etc. The best ones I have found come from a company called Color Textiles. Google them and see all the different fabrics plus their fabric really takes the inks better. More saturation

I made the pig too. I have patterns for bunnies and cat's. I created a wedding gown with a crown and vail etc for a bride bunnie and a tux for a groom. I love doing these. I want to work on the cats but I want to finish my quilt and then I want to do another land scape. Not enough time in the day and not enough hands.

Your selections of colors for each quilt was absolutely superb !! JOB WELL DONE !! I started those bunnies for a girlfriend wedding but I never go them done. Your came out really cute !!
