I can't remember the name of the BOM--it was from a private group. It was pretty intense. I quilted another one just like this BOM in blues for $$. I can post a pic of that sometime if anyone is interested.

This seens to be the concensus--another solid border to end with and maybe the binding the same too. If I used a light binding not sure I would like that but I will audition it.

I am using the gold for another project so will not be using that in any more of the borders. Unless I change the other project. HA But an idea I might try--thanks.

I did the math and hopefully I can pull it off.

Perhaps another pieced border, just reverse the colors, might be a liffle much but you could have a sold border between the two.

Yes I have to admit the blocks go so well together--one of them had over 90 pieces in it.

This border is called "beads" or something like that. I realized when trimming it that it is or like Seminole border. I have put Seminole borders on towels to fancy them up.

Sure you can copy it. I got it from a book anyway that I purchased and after I was into it realized it was the Seminole border. I wanted to learn how to do the math to make the border come out correctly. I hope I have achieved this--not completed yet.

Love this..lots of details & work on this. Maybe end this with a tiny stips of the lighter brown that you have?

Repeat with the border just to the inside of the pieced border and bind with the same fabric as the 2nd (reddish) border. Beautiful work. Love the pieced border.
