Blue border
If you need to make the quilt larger do another braid; the half-square trianges look like "add-ons" rather than an integral part of the design.

I like just the blue border. It'll focus on the scrappy more. Of course, my favorite color is blue anyway...

I like the blue border as well but I think it needs a little more colour outside the border to tie it all together. If you have enough fabric to make more HST's, you could sew them together end to end and make strips for a binding. Then you would have a little colour in the binding and it wouldn't be overwhelming. JMHO!

This is gorgeous.I like it with the blue border. As others have said the multi colored triangles take away from the center which imho should be the focus. Great Job!

i dont like the 1/2 square triangles spoils the look --if you need it bigger another braid would look good --i love it as it is the blue is spot on
