Wonderful interpretation of this quilt pattern. It is beautiful in every respect. I really appreciate personal interpretation of generic patterns. To make it just like the picture on the package is great on one hand but being able to go beyond takes your quilt making to a new level.

KwiltyKahy 05-08-2014 08:05 AM

Of course they love it, it is beautiful. Your thought and time made it an outstanding tribute to them.

That is a beauty! Congratulations to the graduates. What an accomplishment for them.

BSKTLOFR-QUILTER 02-13-2019 04:23 PM

First congratulations to Sadie and Charles for their accomplishment. My daughter was the first in our family to graduate from college so I know how much pride you feel in their educational success. I wish them success in their life goals. As to the quilt, it's mind boggling. I read the story slowly before I scrolled down through the quilt. The quilt is magnificent and a true heirloom. Then I had to look at it again just to let everything sink it. You've truly implemented the best of the best in this perfect quilt. Congratulations. It is definitely a quilt of love from planning to completion. They have one special aunt.
