pats8e8 ...... my younger son loves his impalas ..... right now he has a 94 ss, black -- i really liked his 95 ss teal colored. he takes 'em to the impala shows, his 95 was featured on a calendar a few years ago [with lots of pretty girls draped on the car] i put impalas on all the stuff i make for him -- the other kids aren't so fussy!
Wow, that is really cool, did you make up the design yourself? I love cars and Chevy's are my favorite. Have you seen the new Camaro's? Whew, and other than Chevy's, saw the new Challenger yesterday, nice looking car also. I love that they are bringing the performance cars back this year. My brother builds racing engines, cars are in our blood I think. ha He had his picture on the cover of Hot Rod one year, in a red Corvette! This is my newly painted "88.

i drew the impala oval on newspaper for a pattern -- dave sent me the link for the impala ss website, so i had a good model.

found my quilt patterns and another mea culpa ...... the name of my alaska nights quilt isn't arctic nights but winter nights. the winter [arctic] nights quilt has randomly placed stars and a sickle moon and is by g e. designs iceland. isn't the big dipper more alaskan?
