OMG What a wonderfully generous friend and neighbor you have. Have fun with your added stash. Those 3 quilts are gorgeous. I'd start with them, after playing with all the other fabrics. Lucky girl.

It's sad to think of all the work and I guess no relative to pass the doiles amd quilt tops to. My grandmother made many doiles and many were very intricate. I've given them to my daughter in hopes they will be passed on. I'm sure you'll be a good "keeper of the treasures".

How generous, and the quilts are beautiful. We have a schoolhouse just like that - my grand-daughters love playing with it - was my daughters (both of whom are now over 35!). It was made by Fisher Price, and despite some rough handling is still in good condition.
