This is an awesome quilt. Love scraps and turning what most people would toss into fabulous things like your quilt.

I save scraps too but never thought of using them that way. Very pretty and also inspirational! The white was the perfect compliment!
Hee hee.. confession. its not white.. well it WAS white but it got dyed baby blue.. lol... just enough to soften it a bit and not make the strips shout " IN YOUR FACE" lol.. Second confession.. wasnt me who dyed it.. lol.. someone did, hated it and gifted it to me.. lol.. Soooooooo that makes this quilt almost free to make.. lol... |

Your quilt is lovely and what a great use of scraps. I agree that it is an inspiration. Now where did I put all those wee pieces of fabric!

Very pretty I love your use of scraps.....
Everytime someone says from the scrap pile I envision some one burried under a haystack of scraps madly sewing trying to get to the top all the while a giant truck is pouring on more scraps....... Hahaha I can't help it |
Very nice. think every one will be saving the bits and pieces now. Love the colors to. You put them all in the right places. Thanks for sharing.

That is a great idea for using very narrow pieces, and many different ones. I may use this idea. It turned out so pretty. Thanks for sharing this with us.
