This is a machine embroideried Christmas wall hanging. I still have to decide on the borders & do a little embroidery in them. There's not alot of quilting to be done on this & I'm looking so forward to it being finished!

I'm not sure how much time this took. DH was gone for a week to MN for classes/training so I stayed in my jammas that whole week & worked on this! I messed up 3 blocks out of 20 so there was added time there. But actually there is no way to tell how much time went into this. But hey when you're having fun that's all that matters right????

Thank you for your comment. I have no idea how much time I put into this. It's all machine embroidery, my first project & I had 3 blocks that had to be redone so there was more time added on from those. The design is by Anita Goodesign called Santa's Ride. It is about 36" W X 30". I have another Santa's ride CD that has not been opened & I want to sell if anyones interested....

Sandy it is going to be! I have 'crackled paint' fabric coming in the mail anyday & there will be winow panes added. But the mail man is just too slow!

Your wall hanging is beautiful. I have 4 Christmas cross stitch pictures that my mother did and had framed under glass that I leave out all year. It is a shame to just enjoy them for 1 month each year. People probably think I'm crazy but I have gotten a lot of enjoyment out of them.

You need to check out "Covered Bridge" By Anita Goodesign. I did this one and 2 "Sleigh Ride" for gifts last year. Also did "The Accention" for my Mom. I also love doing the tile designs.

I love the Sleigh ride! We have another Christmas one to do but I'm not sure which one it is. I have the Covered Bridge, The Halloween one, the Nativity Scene & another Christmas one but if I don't get back in my sewing room they're not going to get done!!!!! Trying hard to get back in there. ;)

Your tile works are beautiful. I just love them. I'm hooked on them & am hoping they come out with more or I find more by other designers.
