I've made several T-20's...my favorite was in Batiks I absolutley LOVE this...I love Amy's fabrics..and one of my all time favorite patterns is the Turning Twenty!!! I enjoy seeing this pattern made up in a variety of prints etc. This one surpasses them all! WONDERFUL... |
I've done this pattern. Love your color choices. Amy Butlers fabrics are fun.

Those fabrics DO work well there!!

Beautiful Job!

Love the colors!!! I have done three turning twenties, I love how quickly they sew up.

Oh my goodness!! I am going to snatch that away. It is just awesome!

Love your quilt! I have a Turning Twenty quilt top (yes, for me!), but I haven't had the time to quilt it...hopefully I'll get at it soon! You go, girl!

Speaking of stepping out of the "box"...My "box" for a long time was batiks...I still love them, but have started branching out. I have some beautiful flannel FQs I plan on making for my nephew in return for some woodworking projects he is doing for me (yes, I will be using my Turning Twenty pattern). I also have some awesome oriental-inspired FQs for my daughter's wedding gift...also a Turning Twenty quilt, but with a little variation. It's called Turning Twenty Around the Block, and required a focus fabric from which you cut twenty blocks and frame them with the fabrics cut from the FQs. I'll post pics when it's done...
