That is awesome! It really is eye-catching. Does it have a name? How old is your friends' son? He is talented if he did the stitching himself. Does that mean he did the quilting or just the piecing?

My friend (a 48 yr old male) stitched this for his son (which is 8). The older is wanting to design his own quilt with my assistance. I am sorry that I didn't clarify that clearly.

I did the quilting on it. I purchased me the hobbyquilter (which is now called the Funquilter). I hated to wait when I sent one away to have it done. So I purchased the frame and the machine to do it myself. I just love it!!

Any idea who manufactures the polka dot fabric?

I went back and checked the salvage edge of the polka dot fabric and it says.........Signature Classics by Oakhurst Textiles............it was fabric that I picked up at a local Walmart some time ago.
